This is a photo of my old Norton, right before I sold it. It wasn’t in good shape; but, I do miss it. It was mine. I enjoy the new bike, but, it isn’t the same. More photos.
Over Think
All my life I have had the problem of over thinking things. For months now, my motorcycle has been making a metallic sound from the motor area. I thought of everything cam chain; head issues, … . Today, at the suggest of the former bikes owner, I checked the motor mounts. Amazingly, turns out the front mount was loose and tightening one bolt seems to have solved the issue. Crazy world.
Zinnias
I discovered Zinnias a few years ago. They are easy to grow and their flower offer beautiful color and varied blossoms. Just looking at them, makes me smile
Norton
In 1973 I bought a brand new black Norton Commando Roadster. It was a beautiful, powerful bike and I loved it. Time pasted, things happened and after owning for 10 or 15 years, maybe more, I sold it. In 2024, I bought a 1971 red, Norton Commando Roadster.
Attack
In another example of you can’t trust anyone or anything, yesterday, this plant attacked me; injuring my left eye. I was minding my own business, doing a little watering, when out of nowhere one of the branches got under my glasses, into my eye and scratched my cornea, Amazing! Went to urgent care, got some drops, getting better,

Ah?
I just read an article from “Popular Science”. It seems that some researchers at MIT modeled some software on a worm’s brain. I guess the circuitry and connections. Then they used the software to control a drone and trained it to find a red chair. Then they changed the conditions and the software was able to adopt and find the red chair in real time. They call this a “liquid neural network”. It works; but, they don’t know how or why it works.Wow!
